Bill of Sale and Health Guarantee This is a legal and binding contract, between the
Seller and buyer.
The following terms constitute a sales agreement between the seller,

Dreamcatcher French Bulldogs; and the

These terms are entered into and agreed upon by all parties.
Therefore it is agreed:
1. This puppy is sold as a "Pet/Companion" quality dog for the sum of:
____________
with the puppy to remain in the custody of the seller until the full amount has been
paid in cash funds only at pickup (NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS, CASH
ONLY). A deposit of $500.00 of the purchase price will be paid to hold pup
described above (deposit you may send a money order). This deposit is NON-
REFUNDABLE . If a puppy should not turn out to be available, this deposit will be
refunded. The total purchase price and non refundable deposit are due and payable
cash only (no checks or money orders) , prior to picking up the puppy, unless other
arrangements are made.
a. Upon receipt of full payment on this contract, seller will transfer ownership rights
of this pup to the buyer.
b. This puppy is a purebred French Bulldog and is eligible for limited registration
with the American Kennel Club. Proof of neuter/spay must be sent to breeder by
one year of age. Proof must be from a licensed veterinarian. Angela Swicegood has
my permission to call my vet to verify spay/neuter. I will provide her with the phone
number. Limited AKC papers will be given after spay or neuter has been proven.
2. This puppy is sold first and foremost as a member of the buyer's family and shall
live in the buyer's home or other suitable (a/c and heated) facility owned by the
buyer.
3. If for any reason during the life of this dog the buyer is unable to keep this dog,
the buyer is to advise the seller and give the seller first right of refusal on the
purchase of the dog at a dollar amount not to exceed the original purchase price. At
no time will the buyer give or sell this dog to any pet shop, breeding farm, puppy
broker, or any entity engaged in animal research. For no reason should the dog be
placed in an animal shelter, humane society, or similar facility.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is sold with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian who
examined the dog. To the seller's knowledge, this dog is free of contagious disease
and has been delivered to the buyer with inoculations and worming appropriate for
it's age.
At the option of the buyer, and at the buyer's expense, the puppy will be taken to
the buyer's own veterinarian within 72 hours of his possession of the dog. The buyer
has the privilege of returning the dog to the seller for a refund within that time
period if the vet certifies through diagnostic evaluation and evidences such that the
dog is suffering from a debilitating illness. Any and all shipping charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. Seller will not pay for diagnostic or veterinary costs
treating the dog.
1. On a full replacement, this pup would be returned to the seller with AKC
registration documents transferring full ownership to the seller.
2. Should this pup develop any debilitating genetic/hereditary disorder within one
year of life that will prohibit the animal from living a normal life as a pet, the seller
would replace the puppy, with a pup from the first available litter, with a pup of
equal value, under the following conditions.
The buyer will either provide the seller and her veterinarian with the necessary
documentation; test results. Written veterinary diagnosis, etc. or this pup will be
returned to the seller (seller's option, and expense) for appropriate veterinary
examination and/or "genetic" diagnostic evaluation prior to replacement.
Demedectic (demedex) mange is not covered by this contract. It is in every breed
of dogs and is treatable and curable with proper veterinary treatment.
Cherry eyes and entropia are also problems that are not covered in this contract.
They are also in every breed and are treatable with proper veterinary treatment.
b. If this puppy dies due to a "genetic" condition by the age of one year, the seller
would replace it for the buyer under the following conditions:
1. A necropsy must be performed on the animal by a licensed veterinarian, and the
report must be forwarded to the seller and her veterinarian for review. The corpse
of the dog may also be requested for further determination of cause of death by
seller's veterinarian.
2. Provided the seller's veterinarian concurs from the necropsy report that the
cause of death was due to a genetic condition, the seller will replace the animal.
3. Buyer acknowledges that French Bulldogs are prone to malformed vertebrea and
accepts that no replacement or refund will be made unless life-threatening or
crippling within one year of age.
All Warranties are for REPLACEMENT and/or CREDIT only and not for REFUND
OF purchase price in whole or in part nor for REIMBURSEMENT of
medical/veterinary expenses in whole or in part. ANY AND ALL SHIPPING
CHARGES ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
Upon registration with limited AKC, I (the buyer) will sign all documents required
to register this said puppy and pay a $15.00 registration fee (cashiers check made
out to AKC only). I (the buyer) will sign such documents for AKC registration, and
send them immediately back to Angela Swicegood for her to send on my behalf.
This is to 100% ensure that a limited registration was placed on this said puppy.
A DAILY UPDATE WILL BE GIVEN TO Angela Swicegood FOR THE FIRST
WEEK THAT THE PUPPY IS IN THE NEW HOME. EITHER BY EMAIL OR A
PHONE CALL. I will update Angela periodically for the entire life of this said
puppy.
Any lawsuit must be venued in the state of Arkansas, Washington county. This
contract will be interpreted and construed under the laws of the state of Arkansas.
Breech of this contract by the buyer, buyer will pay seller $5000.00 (Five thousand).
All parties have read and understand the terms of this agreement.

The following terms constitute a sale agreement between the seller, Angela
SWICEGOOD, and the buyer, ____________________, regarding the French
Bulldog described above. These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed
upon by all parties.
This puppy is sold as a show potential/breeding quality French Bulldog for the
purchase price of $__________. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 will be
paid upon the signing of this contract. Shipping is responsibility of the buyer. The
total purchase price and freight charges are due Postal money or cash only prior to
shipment, Unless prior arrangements are made.
The parties hereby acknowledge that at the time of sale, the dog is considered by
both parties to be of show potential.
Upon receipt of full payment on this contract, seller will transfer full ownership
rights of this animal to the buyer.
This dog is a purebred French Bulldog and is eligible for registration with the AKC.
The seller’s kennel designator, “Dreamcatcher’s” will be used as the prefix in the
registered name of this dog.
This puppy is sold first and foremost as a member of the buyer’s family and will live
in the buyer’s home or other suitable (a/c and heated) facility owned by the buyer.
If for any reason during the life of this dog the buyer is unable to keep this dog, the
buyer is to advise the seller and give seller first right of refusal on the purchase of
the dog at a dollar amount not to exceed the original purchase price. At no time will
the buyer give or sell this dog to any pet shop, breeding farm, puppy broker, or any
entity engaged in animal research. For no reason should the dog be placed in an
animal shelter, humane society, or similar facility. Nor shall the dog be placed with
any individual not in good standing with the American Kennel Club.
The buyer agrees to use prudent judgment regarding the breeding of this dog. The
buyer must not breed to any animal that is not a purebred French Bulldog nor to any
dog belonging to an individual that is not in good standing with the AKC. Health
screenings (i.e. spinal and hip x-rays, at least) should be performed, to insure that
the dog is of good health before using her for breeding. Buyer acknowledges that
french bulldogs are prone to malformed vertebrae and accepts that no replacement
or refund will be made unless life threatening or crippling.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
This dog is sold with a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian who
examined the dog and has found her to be in good physical condition. To the seller’s
knowledge, this dog is free of contagious disease and has been delivered to the
buyer with vaccinations and de-worming appropriate for its age.
At the option of the buyer, and at the buyer’s expense, the dog can be taken to the
buyer’s own veterinarian within 72 hours of their possession of the dog. The buyer
has the privilege of returning the dog to the seller for a refund within that time
period if the vet certifies through diagnostic evaluation and provides evidence of
such that the dog is suffering from a debilitating illness. Any and all shipping
charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
The buyer has purchased this dog with the intent to show it and the seller agrees to
replace her for the buyer if she is unable to be shown, by reason of a disqualifying
fault according to AKC standard.
The buyer agrees to make every effort to show this animal until it obtains it's AKC
Championship title.
The seller will replace this dog for the buyer if it develops any disqualifying fault set
forward in the AKC breed standard that would keep it from competing in AKC
conformation events.
The buyer agrees that they will attend at least 20 AKC sanctioned dog shows, in an
attempt to finish the dog. 10 of these shows should be above the puppy class level.
If the buyer requests a replacement for this dog due to a disqualifying fault, the
buyer must forward to the seller a video and photographs adequately identifying and
verifying such fault.
If the seller must replace this dog for reasons outlined, the replacement will be a
French Bulldog with show potential that the seller has available.
On a full replacement, this dog would be returned to the seller intact (not spayed)
and with AKC registration documents transferring full ownership to the seller.
Or should the buyer decide to keep the dog then the seller would give the buyer
$500 off the purchase of a replacement show prospect.
Should this pup develop any debilitating genetic/hereditary disorder that would
prohibit the animal from living a life as a pet, the seller would replace the puppy,
with a pup from the next available litter, with a pup of equal value, under the
following conditions.
The buyer will provide the seller and her Veterinarian with the necessary
documentation; test results, written Veterinary diagnosis, etc. or this pup will be
returned to the seller (seller’s option, and expense) for appropriate veterinary
examination and/or “genetic” diagnostic evaluation prior to replacement.
If this dog dies due to a ‘genetic’ condition, within 1 years of purchase the seller
would replace her for the buyer under the following conditions:
A licensed veterinarian must perform a necropsy on the animal and the report must
be forwarded to the seller and her veterinarian for review.
Provided the seller’s veterinarian concurs from the autopsy report that the cause of
death was due to a genetic condition, the seller will replace the dog.
All Warranties are for REPLACEMENT and/or CREDIT (when specified) only and
not for REFUND of purchase price in whole or part nor for REIMBURSEMENT of
medical/veterinary expenses in whole or part. ANY AND ALL SHIPPING
CHARGES ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
